Taipei City Indigenous Peoples Economic Symposium Increases Indigenous Industrial Competitiveness

Indigenous Peoples Commission, Taipei City Government, has launched “Indigenous Holiday Market Operation Management and Stall Counseling Program” this year. At 1 p.m. on August 8, 2019, “Indigenous Peoples Economic Symposium” will take place at PCBC (Primasia Conference & Business Center), inviting the outstanding indigenous corporate leaders from different places in Taiwan to participate. By sharing the experience of the successful cases, it is expected to increase the indigenous industrial competitiveness.
This time, we invite Mr. Liu Ta-wei, the founder of Nature Workshop in “Cultural and Creative Entrepreneurial Dreams Programs” of Ministry of Culture in 2017, to share how to use the local elements to create value, Mr. Chen You-ru, the manager of Nashannagu and the first indigenous person in Taiwan to be granted National Development Business Angle Fund, to share how the combination of nature and indigenous culture creates the characteristic leisure industry, and finally Mr. Djulis, Wu Zheng-zhong, to share how to successfully apply the cooperative mechanism and cross-industry alliance to create the brand value.
Through this symposium, it is hoped to communicate and exchange with the indigenous people in our city, infuse the new creativity into the indigenous industry, reinforce the tribal people’s thinking on the economic and industrial development and energy to start businesses, and upgrade the indigenous people’s industrial economy in Taipei City.
