1.Prerequisite:
1.1 The person in charge must be indigenous.
1.2 Up to 80% shareholder, staff and members are indigenous.
2.Documents required:
2.1 Application form.
2.2 Certificate of registered residence within one month, individuals whose identity papers can be found by the Indigenous Peoples Commission are excepted.
2.3 Company registration or legal registration certificate.
2.4 Company transfer registration form.
2.5 Name list of members, staff, supervisors, director, and executive.
Notes: The certificate is valid within 6 months after the date of issue.
